6:00 PM
The Aperitivo
Your guide meets you at your hotel or a central location. The evening opens at a curated first stop — a standing sake bar hidden beneath a Ginza department store, or a Japanese whisky bar in Roppongi with bottles you won't find outside Japan. A chance to settle in and set the tone.

7:00 PM
The Main Course
The centerpiece of your evening — a reservation at one of Tokyo's finest dining experiences, tailored to your tastes:
→ Sushi — an intimate 6–8 seat omakase counter, each piece of nigiri crafted the moment it's ready
→ Kaiseki — a private room, multi-course seasonal progression where every plate is a work of art
→ Yakitori — a binchotan charcoal counter, watching a master grill free-range chicken with precision
→ Progressive — two or three intimate venues across a neighborhood, each a different craft.
2
9:00 PM
The Hidden Side
Your guide takes you deeper into Tokyo's culinary underground — a 6-seat cocktail bar in Ginza, a tucked-away oden stall with a 100-year-old recipe, a rooftop terrace with Tokyo Tower views, or a standing bar in a yokocho alley elbow-to-elbow with locals under red lanterns.

10:30 PM
Return
Your guide escorts you back to your hotel or drops you at your next destination. The night is yours to continue — or to reflect on what may have been the most memorable meal of your life.

Description
Tokyo is the culinary capital of the world — home to more Michelin stars than any other city on earth. But the dining experiences that stay with you forever aren't found on tourist maps. They're behind unmarked doors, inside six-seat counters, and in the hands of craftsmen who have spent decades perfecting a single dish.
Tokyo Omakase is not a food tour. It's a private culinary journey — a carefully curated evening designed for guests who want to experience Tokyo's food culture at the highest level. From the first sip of rare sake to the final course of a multi-course omakase, every detail is arranged by your personal food guide — someone who knows not just where to eat, but who is behind the counter and why it matters.
Each journey is unique — built around your tastes, dietary needs, and the seasonal ingredients available on the night. Whether it's a sushi counter where the chef has been cutting fish for 40 years, a private kaiseki room overlooking a garden, or a hidden yakitori master working over binchotan charcoal — we take you behind the curtain of Tokyo's most extraordinary kitchens.
This is dining as it was meant to be experienced: personal, intimate, and unforgettable.
